Of course it is.
It’s no doubt a culmination of your passions, your
dreams, you big burning ambitions to change the
world, your desire to give your family a better life,
your dissatisfaction with the traditional world of
work, and a ton of other very big and important
and emotionally charged things.
And you’ve no doubt put a LOT of hard work into
So of course it’s very special to you, and rightly
But a question that I’m asked a lot when I’m sharing
my copywriting and conversions insights is this…
“Okay Ruth this is great… But does this apply to
And the answer is always YES.
Here are a few examples of entrepreneurs who I’ve
helped with their copy over the past couple of months
A sales strategist
A Facebook Ads manager
A networking master
A career coach
A love coach
A diet coach
A book coach
A travel coach
And 30+ HR consultants, just for good measure
And I’ll let you into a secret with all of this…
>>>I’ve used many of the EXACT same strategies and
techniques with ALL of them.
Sure, the end result looked very different.
But the same rules of copy and conversions ALWAYS
At the end of the day, you’re selling to PEOPLE.
Every business owner in the world is selling to people.
Even if you’re selling products for dogs, or cats, or goldfish,
then it’s an actual human being that makes that buying
decision, at the end of the day.
You don’t sell to the dog.
You sell to the HUMAN owner.
And humans are all very similar in what makes them
tick, from a psychological point of view.
In how they want to avoid pain, and seek out
In how you compel them to take action.
In how you take them through a journey from being a
stranger, to being a prospect, to being a buyer that
comes back to you time and time again.
So the question really isn’t whether what I tell you
applies to you.
Because it definitely does.
It just comes down to working out how to implement it
all, for the best possible impact.
Joining up all of the dots. Crafting it into an end-to-end
system. Fixing things that are occasionally broken.
And I’ll let you into another secret here…
At the end of the day, its all about practice.
Getting a lot of stuff WRONG, getting a few things
RIGHT, and then learning from it.
The sooner you get started, the sooner you move
through ‘I’m a bit shit at this’ stage (which you almost
definitely WILL go through – because turning your
copy into your cash machine doesn’t mean just writing
in the way that you’re taught to write at school).
If you’re being overlooked online?
If you feel like you just can’t build any momentum?
If you’re struggling to take people through your
journey to buy from you?
Then the answer is always the same.
You’re just not sharing enough of the RIGHT content,
in the right places.
P.S. If you’re not already in my free Facebook Group?
Then you’re missing a ton of actionable, killer strategies
and tactics when it comes to writing content that converts.
