So every now and again, I’ll get an email from a reader
saying that they love reading my content, that they fully
recognise that they need to get better at all this copy &
conversions stuff, and that they really want to get
started with it ASAP.
They’ve got a big worry about it all though…
“But Ruth, I can’t write like you…”
And that’s true.
You definitely can’t write like me, because you aren’t
But you CAN write like YOU.
And that’s the whole point.
Awesome content isn’t just about following formulas and
knowing the right way to frame your message (though
that is pretty important too, and it pays to have these
things in your toolkit, simply because they make your
life a lot easier, and they ramp up your chances of
creating something that’s going to convert like
It’s about you, and your message, and sharing your
unique brand of who you are and the results that you
can create for people.
You want to be constantly in demand online?
Your copy has the power to do that for you.
Want to get people actually opening your emails, reading
them, and most importantly, taking ACTION as a result?
(Like buying from you from your sales page, or booking
in a call?).
Your copy is what you need to work on.
You want to escape the fact that you’re being overlooked
Yep, that’s all down to your copy.
So really, you’ve got two choices in all of this…
You can learn how to write your own.
Or you can pay someone to do it for you.
Because the other alternative is that you just don’t do it,
which isn’t an attractive option because it means staying
stuck exactly where you are.
How do you decide?
Well, it’s probably all down to what stage you are right
now in your business.
If you don’t have a consistent £5k-ish in revenue each
